Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, and authoritative word of God.
We believe in the Trinity; there is only one true living God. He is one Being in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. He is our Creator and our Father.
We believe God created the heavens and the earth. God created mankind in His own image, male and female. He created them for relationship with Himself and to govern the earth. He gave mankind free will; however, under temptation from satan, they fell from grace, bringing the bondage of sin, sickness, and death to all mankind.
We believe God is holy and God is merciful and God is love. It is God’s loving plan of redemption, the reconciliation of every people group of every nation, tongue, and tribe that He sent His only begotten Son, Jesus, into the world. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. Jesus was anointed as God’s Messiah and empowered by the Holy Spirit to perform signs and wonders.
We believe Jesus led a sinless life and as a spotless sacrificial lamb. He willingly laid down His own life, dying on the cross and pouring out His own blood for the remission of the sins of the whole world.
We believe that He died and was buried, and on the third day, fulfilled His Messianic ministry by His glorious resurrection from the dead, His ascent into heaven, and His present rule and reign as the King of Kings at the right hand of God the Father.
For this purpose, Jesus was sent into the world for the forgiveness of sins so mankind may be reconciled and have fellowship with the Father’s Holy Spirit.
This salvation of human souls is the loving act of the GRACE of God. It is a FREE GIFT and NOT attributed to any works of men, so that no man can boast.
We believe that the Holy Spirit was poured out on the church at Pentecost in power, and is continuing today, baptizing believers into the Body of Christ, releasing the gifts of the Spirit to them.
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ encouraged His church to partake in water baptism and the Lord’s supper. Both are available to all believers.
YOU MUST BE BORN AGAIN
"For God so LOVED the world that He gave His only begotten Son,
that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life."
John 3:16 & John 3:3
EXCEEDINGLY GOOD NEWS
Jesus is ALIVE! (Acts 1:3) His Holy Spirit is like the wind… you can’t see the wind but you can see the effects of the wind through the trees. So it is with Jesus’ Holy Spirit; you can’t see His Holy Spirit but you can see the effects of the Holy Spirit through all of these testimonies!
Some of you are beginning to believe in Him because of the miracles. (John 14:10-13)
Some of you thank God that you are not as bad as other people. (Luke 18:11) You are hoping that your good deeds will outweigh your bad deeds and that by them you might be able to enter Heaven by your own merits. (Titus 3:5, Ephesians 2:9)
This is the spirit of error. (1 John 4:5-6, Acts 28:27) Understand with your heart. In Heaven, day and night, they do not cease to say HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the Lord God. (Rev. 4:8)
To be in Heaven is to be in the presence of the HOLY God. (Acts 7:55, Revelations 20:12, Revelations 21:27, Revelations 20:15) If we are honest, there is no amount of good deeds that will make us holy. His Holy Spirit tells us that we all carry this shame: “For ALL have SINNED and have come short of the Glory of God.” (Romans 3:23) “If we say we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the TRUTH is not in us.” (1 John 1:8)
The shame is that our sins are separating us from Holy God. (Hebrews 7:25-26) However; God Himself, made a way to save us from our situation. God sent His angel Gabriel to the virgin Mary saying, “Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name Him ‘Jesus’ (which means ‘He Who Saves’).” The angel Gabriel continues, “He will be great, and will be called the ‘Son of the Most High God’.” Mary said to the angel, “How can this be, since I am a virgin?” And the angel answered and said to her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High God will overshadow you; and for that reason, the Holy offspring shall be called the ‘Son of God’.” (Luke 1:30-35, Acts 10:38)
Jesus lived among us and empowered by the Holy Spirit, led a sinless life. (1 Peter 2:22) The Holy Spirit of God Himself, through Jesus, came into the world to personally be the sacrificial lamb to cover your shame, to die on the cross for the forgiveness of your sins, redeeming your life. (John 1:29, 1 Peter 1:17-19)
God is the Spirit of Truth (1 John 5:7) and God is the Spirit of True Love. (1 John 4:8-10) The Spirit of True Love really did lay down His own life to ransom you, beloved, so you could live in a loving relationship with Him forever, having eternal life. (1 John 15:13, John 3:16-17) True Love seeks True Love in return and does not force you into a relationship with Him. (Proverbs 17:9) He freely gives each person the right to accept His free gift in the good soil of an honest, good heart. (Luke 8:11&15, Mark 4:20, Romans 5:8, Acts 15:8-9)
Jesus said, "I am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life; no one comes to the Father but through me." (John 14:6) “...I say unto you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the Kingdom of God." (John 3:3) "...unless one is born again of water and the Spirit he cannot enter into the Kingdom of God. "(John 3:5)
“No one can come to Me unless the Holy Spirit draws him.” (John 6:44) Jesus is calling you saying, “Behold, I stand at the door (of your heart) and knock…if anyone opens the door and lets Me in, I will come in and have communion with them.” (Revelations 3:20) He will write your name in the Lamb’s Book of Life in Heaven.
